Imagine you want to fix a nice dinner for someone special. You really want to impress them. So you run to the store and start picking up whatever sounds good, from cold cereal to spinach, bacon and cottage cheese, you grab whatever catches your eye.

Then you head home, dump everything on the counter

This next statement may seem harsh but take the time to examine it, it could change your life. If you don’t like the customers you’re attracting… that is they irritate you and frustrate you or your employees are small minded, petty and complainers than you need to understand this principle.

Like attracts like. What you sow you will reap.

You’re customers are what they are because you are who you are. If they’re grouchy and complainers then they’re reflecting your attitude. If they’re unfriendly then you’re unfriendly, if they’re stingy and penny pinchers then you’re not generous.

“Vision without action is a daydream. Action without vision is a nightmare” Ancient Proverb

The lack of action is one of the biggest killers in business. You can have a clear vision and know what and how to accomplish that goal but if you take no action nothing gets done.

Loving What You Do

Learn to love what you’re doing and eventually you’ll be doing what you love.

God has placed in each of us a dream, birthed by Him and waiting for release.

That dream is the alignment of our skills, purposes and roles so that we wake up every morning excited to get out of bed and do the things we were made to do in our jobs, career, and ministry.

But…there is a process to get from where we discover our dream to where it is released in our lives and that is usually a painful but profitable process…which we must embrace.
