Do you like your customers?

This next statement may seem harsh but take the time to examine it, it could change your life. If you don’t like the customers you’re attracting… that is they irritate you and frustrate you or your employees are small minded, petty and complainers than you need to understand this principle.

Like attracts like. What you sow you will reap.

You’re customers are what they are because you are who you are. If they’re grouchy and complainers then they’re reflecting your attitude. If they’re unfriendly then you’re unfriendly, if they’re stingy and penny pinchers then you’re not generous.

Don’t react to this wrongly. There are two wrong responses; one is to get angry the other is to beat yourself up. Neither one of those will help you. The best thing to do is face honestly the situation, decide to change and begin taking action that will put you on the path to change.
